I cannot get both the fast charging to work?

Fast charging up to 20W is supported when both ports are in use. For 30W, you can only use one port at a time for the fast charging to work.

The charging speed slow when using both ports?

The total output will be adjusted to PD20W(USB-C)+12W(USB-A) when both ports are in use. Use only one port at a time to optimize it's 30W maximum charging capabilities.
