I cannot get the fast charging to work on my laptop?
You can only use USB-C1 for the fast charging to work. It can support 45W and 65W to power your laptop.
Compac Ultra65 takes more than 2 hours to recharge fully
You will need to use a power adapter with 45W or higher output in order to recharge Compac Ultra65 at maximum speed.
