Are the products covered under warranty?

Yes, all Energea products are covered under ONE year limited warranty by default unless otherwise stated.

What does the warranty cover?

Energea warrants that all our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for the duration of the warranty. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Within the warranty period, Energea will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or components without charge for parts or labor. This limited warranty does not cover: (a) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modifications; (b) Damage caused by use with incompatible accessories or third-party products; (c) Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents; (d) Damage caused by exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions; (e) Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or improper usage. Refer to the warranty card or the warranty page to register.

I have not received my product after my purchase from 15-30 days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to incorrect address or customs issues. Delivery times vary due to geographical differences and regulations. Note: Sales of power banks are only available for Singapore addresses.

Products purchased through resellers or other vendors cannot be returned. Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for refund or replacement.

How are replacements and refunds handled?

Replacements will be processed promptly but may take up to 5 working days. If out of stock, alternatives will be recommended. Refunds are credited to the PayPal account used for purchase. Notify any PayPal account changes before refund. Returns without a return form email with the order number will be held for 30 days before disposal and closure.
