Are the products covered under warranty?

Yes, all Energea products are covered under ONE year limited warranty by default unless otherwise stated.

What does the warranty cover?

Energea warrants that all our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for the duration of the warranty. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Within the warranty period, Energea will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or components without charge for parts or labor. This limited warranty does not cover: (a) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modifications; (b) Damage caused by use with incompatible accessories or third-party products; (c) Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents; (d) Damage caused by exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions; (e) Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or improper usage. I am having trouble with the product.

I have not received my product after my purchase from 15-30 days.

What is the shipping and delivery policy?

All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT +8 are processed the next business day. Shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday excluding holidays; no weekend deliveries. International shipping recipients bear all Customs Duties and Taxes in the destination country. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to incorrect address or customs issues. Delivery times vary due to geographical differences and regulations. Note: Sales of power banks are only available for Singapore addresses.

What is the returns policy?

Items can be returned within 7 calendar days from delivery for any reason. Returns received after 7 days are subject to exchange only. Refunds exclude shipping costs. Returned items must be in original packaging and condition, including all parts. Proper packaging is required to avoid damage during shipping. Returns without a printed invoice may delay processing. Products purchased through resellers or other vendors cannot be returned. Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for refund or replacement.

How are replacements and refunds handled?

Replacements will be processed promptly but may take up to 5 working days. If out of stock, alternatives will be recommended. Refunds are credited to the PayPal account used for purchase. Notify any PayPal account changes before refund. Returns without a return form email with the order number will be held for 30 days before disposal and closure.
