I cannot get the wireless charging to work?

Make sure the magnets are aligning to each other. They should not move when properly aligned.

Can I charge the phone using wired connection?

Great product

I bought the magpac mini here in the Philippines along with my iphone 15, the magpac charges my phone fast but somehow experienced overheating issues. My phone displayed a prompt where it has to stop charging due to high temperature. Haven't investigated the root cause as of yet (could be an iphone 15 issue). Nonetheless, the product works well and has a sleek design (the product feels premium). Hopefully, the stand would be designed to be more sturdy so that it can safely support the iphone vertically.
