Yes, all Energea are covered under a 1 year limited warranty unless otherwise stated.
In essence, the limited warranty covers on manufacturing defects on said products. Wear and Tear, water damage and or issues will not be covered under said warranty. Please refer to the included warranty card for more details.

Due to geological differences, some shipment will require a longer time to delivery. As with all purchases, Goenergea will provide a tracking number for you after the delivery is sent out. If you require assistance with a missing shipment or shipment issues, please contact us with your purchase details and we will follow up as soon when possible. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more info.
All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days (This policy is applicable to all shipping methods). Any orders that are placed after 3:00pm GMT +8 will be processed the following business day. Our shipping carrier only delivers Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. There are no weekend deliveries.
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination. For orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing, shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to geological differences in distances, laws and regulations, all international shipments will experience differences in delivery duration.

All of our prices advertised are nett with no hidden cost on the product. Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process. We do our best to have accurate pricing and availability information on all the products we offer; we do verify prices as part of our acceptance procedure, and will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order, so you may ultimately decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price. We may change the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we will send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be despatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for despatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only.

At Energea, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. You may return any item(s) purchased from this web site for any reason within the first 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Any orders returned and received after 7 days from the delivery date are subject to exchange only. We will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping it back to us. The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. Please include a printed copy of your order and invoice to ensure your return is processed without delay. Check that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged as we cannot be held responsible for any items that have been damaged in transit. Energea will at its discretion replace the unit and ship it to you postage paid. Energea cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor or from other online vendors. If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you with the shipping charges bared by you. Unfortunately we cannot refund, replace, or exchange products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened.
Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, our customer service personnel may recommend other similar models or series which might be of interest to you. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund back to your PayPal account in which you had used to purchase merchandise. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your PayPal account before we do a refund to you. Any return that is not accompanied with an return form email stating order number will be held by Energea for 30 days, awaiting the return of email. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.
