1. What makes AirVia Mist different from a regular handheld fan?
Unlike conventional handheld fans, AirVia Mist combines powerful airflow with a fine mist cooling system. The ultra-fine mist helps cool the air around you, providing a more refreshing and comfortable experience, especially in hot and dry weather.
2. How long does the mist function last?
The built-in 45ml water tank provides up to 90 minutes of continuous mist before needing to be refilled.
3. How do I refill the water tank?
Open the water tank compartment, fill it with clean water up to the recommended level via included refill bottle (provided with the packaging) then securely close the cap before using the mist function. Avoid overfilling the tank.

4. Can I bring AirVia Mist on a flight?
Yes. AirVia Mist is safe to bring on board and is suitable for air travel. Before passing through airport security and boarding your flight, please empty the water tank completely to help prevent accidental leakage during transit or changes in cabin pressure.
5. Can I use the fan without the mist function?
Yes. AirVia Mist can be used as a regular portable fan without activating the mist function. Simply turn on the fan and leave the mist function off to enjoy powerful airflow whenever you need it.
