FAQ
1. Why is charging slower when I connect 2 devices at once?
Total combined output is capped at 15W (5V/3A) when charging 2 devices simultaneously and power is shared, so neither device reaches its individual max speed.
2. The finger loop cable feels stiff or twisted. Is it broken?
The braided loop is designed for durability but can develop kinks with regular use. Make sure it's not tangled, twisted, or stored incorrectly before use.
3. Can I use a different cable instead of the built-in one?
Yes, the input port accepts standard USB-C cables for recharging if you prefer not to use the built-in cable.
