1. How fast does it charge my phone wirelessly?

With Qi2 25W magnetic fast charging, it can charge an iPhone 17 Pro from 0–50% in under 30 minutes.

2. Can I use wireless and wired charging at the same time?

Total combined output is 5V/3A (15W max), so simultaneous use is supported but shared across that limit.

3. Why is my phone charging slower than the advertised 25W?

Wireless charging speed depends on your phone model, only Qi2-certified devices (like iPhone 17 Pro) reach the full 25W. Older or non-Qi2 phones will charge at a lower wattage (5W/7.5W/10W/15W). A warm device, low battery in the power bank, or a case that's too thick can also slow things down.

4. My phone keeps slipping off the magnetic charging spot.

This usually happens if your phone case isn't MagSafe/Qi2-compatible or is too thick for the magnets to hold securely. Using a case designed for magnetic charging or charging without phone case should resolve this. If the issue is still remaining, kindly contact us for further investigation.
