FAQ
1. What is a hybrid solid-state battery?
Hybrid solid-state batteries use a thick gel-like electrolyte to replace traditional liquid electrolyte which is flammable and prone to leakage. This makes it safer, more stable, and resistant to damage from drops, punctures, or heat.
2. Why is my device charging slower than the 20W I expected?
Charging speed depends on your device's own fast-charging support. Devices that don't support PD20W will charge at a lower, device-matched rate. Total output is also capped at 15W when multiple ports are used at once.
3. My phone won't stay attached to the magnetic surface. Is something wrong?
This is usually a case compatibility issue, not a defect. The magnet works best with MagSafe-compatible cases or no case at all; thick or non-magnetic cases can prevent a secure hold.
