1. How many devices can it charge at once?
AluMag Trio 2 can charge up to three including a smartphone, Apple Watch and AirPods.
2. Can I use it for just 1 or 2 devices instead of all 3?
Yes, the design is flexible between charging 2 or 3 devices without taking up extra space, so you're not locked into using all charging zones at once.
3. What's the maximum charging speed?
Up to 25W for phones (Qi2 25W), enough to take an iPhone 16 from 0–50% in under 30 minutes. Watch charging maxes out at 5W and TWS earbuds at 5W, with total combined output capped at 35W.
4. My phone isn't charging on the pad.
Make sure your phone is centered on the magnetic charging zone and also confirm your phone supports Qi2 or standard Qi wireless charging; older or non-Qi devices won't connect properly.
5. My phone is charging, but not at full 25W speed.
Fast charging at 25W requires both your phone and the wall adapter to support that wattage. Most phones, including non-Qi2 models, will still charge but at a lower standard wireless speed.
