Are the products covered under warranty?

Yes, all Energea products are covered under ONE year limited warranty by default unless otherwise stated.

What does the warranty cover?

Energea warrants that all our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for the duration of the warranty. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Within the warranty period, Energea will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or components without charge for parts or labor. This limited warranty does not cover: (a) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modifications; (b) Damage caused by use with incompatible accessories or third-party products; (c) Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents; (d) Damage caused by exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions; (e) Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or improper usage. Products purchased through resellers or other vendors cannot be returned. Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for refund or replacement.

How are replacements and refunds handled?

How can I pair two MagAudio Go speakers together?

First, make sure one speaker is already paired with your phone. Turn off both speakers, then press and hold the power button on the paired speaker for about 7 seconds until you hear a two-tone beep, this activates multi-pairing mode. Repeat on the second speaker. Once connected, the first speaker’s LED will stay solid and the second will blink slowly. Then, reconnect your phone via Bluetooth to MagAudio Go/Plus and enjoy stereo sound.
